The 41st season begins an exciting and challenging period of
transition to a new era for the Symphony.
Maestro Joseph A. Valenti created the Peninsula Symphony 40 years ago,
and has served as music director and conductor ever since.
The 2007-08 season will be his final season at the podium and he
looks forward to delighting audiences with a season of his favorite musical works.
As the Peninsula Symphony Association Board of Directors looks to the future,
it is with a commitment of continuing the vision of providing free concerts
that allow a diverse audience to attend, receive pleasure from, and cultivate
an appreciation for classical music.
Free concerts rely heavily on revenue received through Peninsula Symphony Association memberships.
If you have not already joined, you can participate in ensuring the Symphony's future by becoming
a Peninsula Symphony Association Member for the 2007-08 Season.
Fully tax deductible contributions can be made at any time throughout the Symphony Season
and as always, higher-level donations allow us to improve quality and to provide more concerts.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Symphony office (310-544-0320) or
visit the Membership Table at any concert.
